"Went on a tour today. The driver was kind and informative but it was less interactive than we had anticipated. We drove most of the time except for Keeneland and one horse farm. We had expected more interaction with the horses based off previous reviews. We did not stop at the second farm as advertised. All in all good but wouldn’t do it again."
"Had such a wonderful time with our guide Ernie. Ernie is extremely knowledgeable about every kind of horse related topic you could think of; he was by far one of the best parts about this tour. We learned so many interesting facts about horses and the history of Kentucky. In addition to all the information we learned, we got to get up close & personal to horses on the track at Keeneland. Also, At Old Friends you get to love on and feed carrots to retired racehorses. Best way to spend the morning, highly recommend this tour!!"
"I loved my experience with Horse Farm Tours. The opportunity to see Keeneland and the horse farms in the Lexington/Georgetown area was on my bucket list for decades. Our tour guide, Ernie Flynn, was the best. To have a 50 year veteran of the horse racing world as your guide, was priceless. The voice of experience! He gave history of the area, farms and horses. His personal knowledge of the industry brought a lot of things to life during the tour. His love of the sport and the horses and land were evident.
