"If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!!! Any company that utilizes LaserShip as a delivery service, should cancel immediately!! I was assured a package would arrive on a certain date but it didn't. After receiving an email that there was a failed attempt to deliver my package I called their customer service line only to be told they didn’t know why I received that email. However, that guy I spoke to did look into the issue and later called back stating that a driver “mistakenly scanned my package as if it was going out for delivery” and that my package was “lost in their warehouse for a few days” but my package had only been in Lexington for 1 day! This company is VERY UNORGANIZED & I do not recommend anyone or any company use them for shipping!! Sounds like it’s ran by thieves & children"

"I was given three false delivery dates, and then got absolutely NO updates on my package for nearly two weeks. Called three times to get it sorted out. Customer service was very kind, but the first person I spoke to lied about when it was to be delivered. All in all, it took over a month for my package to get here when it was received within less than a week. So I guess they just left it to sit in a shelf for a month for no reason."

"TERRIBLE experience with this carrier!!! If they end up with your package you might as well call the retailer and let them know you need a refund. This package has been at a facility within 30 mins or less of me for a week and I STILL haven’t been able to get my package. I’ve opened a case up with them, I’ve called, and I’ve done the virtual assistance/ chat option!! Still no package!! Then once I finally reached an actual person she told me I needed to wait and see if they deliver it within the next two business days. Then she says well if the package isn’t delivered by Monday get in contact with us again and we can request a pick-up appointment. she goes on to say, it will still take 1-2 business days for the facility to prepare your package for pick-up!!!! This is a HUGE joke and I hope FASHION NOVA really rethinks using this as a carrier in the future!!! Let’s stick with the KNOWN carriers (USPS, FedEX, UPS, DHL) I’m literally STILL TRYING TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED AS IM TYPING THIS REVIEW!"

"Never received my package, which has been stuck in “exception” status for several days now. No response from the online customer service. Update: corporate customer service is trash. I called the local facility and the girl was super helpful and even went out of her way to locate my package and call me back letting me know she personally put in the hands of the delivery driver today. She deserves 5 stars, the company itself deserves 1"

"I wish I could leave a review with zero stars because...wow. First, my package was handed off to them by the seller, and when it hadn't moved or been updated after 7 days, I submitted a customer service request and received an automated response that just contained the link to their tracking page and instructions to reply to their email if I had any additional questions; I replied, and received no response. Two days later I submitted another request, and didn't even receive an automated acknowledgment email from them. Now my package has been officially declared lost on the tracking page. Still no response from Lasership to any of my customer service requests. Utterly disgusting. Shipping is obviously entirely unreliable, and customer service is literally non-existent. Worst shipping experience I've ever had."
