"I have been a customer of Storage King for 6 years and have never missed a payment. Been on time for 6 years! Had on auto draft and my card changed due to expiring and was never informed that they needed a updated card. Was charged a late fee even though they never contacted me with the 2 numbers on file. Even went in that weekend because I forgot my code to my unit and still no one notified me to update card. Talked to management about a one time waiver of the late fee and to no avail. After giving management new card info was informed that the storage rental fee was going up. Very disappointed in the outcome of something that could have been easily handled."

"I reserved a 10x20 online through their website moving from Florida to Texas, I had everything pretty much lined up with help and an email with the codes needed to get in. When my help and I showed up to unload my stuff my code didn't work, it took two days for it to start to work and by then I didn't have help, so I got to unload my house into a storage unit by myself and had to pay U-Haul for having my truck longer than anticipated, I also had no reimbursement after they told me it is an issue on their end. Once I find a place, I will be moving and not give them anymore more of my money, I recommend you find somewhere else to store your things."
