"Worst experience ever, took a 1960s designer name sofa to be reupholstered and repaired they decided to completely change the cushions without even contacting me first. (old cushions were bad and unusable, but they did not even use those as template to replace) The workmanship and details on the underside of sofa very mediocre as the other review suggests. When pointed out that cushions were changed the lady called me a liar and said there were more cushions and I was wrong, flat out argued with me!!!! DO NOT use these guys EVER!!!!"

"mediocre quality. when i raised a couple of issues with the workmanship to them, the elderly lady who works there took offense. she instructed the young man there to reject the additional work i brought to them saying they would not be able to satisfy me. i think that bringing dirty/smudged upholstery to their attention on brand new upholstery they had just put on, as well as the fact that the fabric was not laying flat as one would expect are reasonable issues to raise. apparently not. plenty of other, more competent upholsterers in houston!"
