"I ordered a Roycycled Stencil online from this business on October 3rd. 10 days later I called the store to say I had not received it. A young man told me the order was received but never shipped and the owner was working that day. After waiting for a return call I decided to cancel since he told me they were out of the product now anyway. I tried to call back and had to call from a different number to get him to answer the phone again. When I expressed to just cancel and refund my money the young man became very defensive and told me only a manager could do that. I let him know that I expected a refund and would have to call my bank to issue a charge back if one was not completed today. When he called me back he told me that it was already done and no manager would be calling me to explain what happened as he had originally promised. I am surprised at the way I was treated. Things happen and I understand that but it is clear to me that no one is concerned with the fact that the website allowed me to order something and pay and they have no internal prompt to ship that order or issue a refund if they don't have it. I had to be the one to alert them after waiting and not receiving the order. The young man's behavior toward me made the situation worse as if the error was somehow my fault. Neither he nor anyone offered an apology. I will now only order these products from Etsy sellers who have an automatic messaging system about filling and tracking orders. I will not be attempting to order supplies from this business again. For me great customer service when there is a concern is very important and at the very minimum I do not want to be treated badly."

"This is an adorable shop filled with painted antiques, collectables, seasonal and all kinds of furniture and decor. They carry furniture paint and accessories and have many pieces in their shop that they've painted. I purchased some paint for a little night stand I was going to kick to the curb, but now it's so cute, I'm keeping it. Not only did they help me select a color, they were helpful when I called a few days later with technique questions on a top coat and answered my questions about another project I have going. Highly recommend checking out this store!"
