"It was a dark and not at all stormy night. I walked into the lobby of our hotel and was greeted by the kind attendant. Room 129, he told me. I thanked the man and went on my way. The hotel, motel?, had the look of the type of place in a thriller. Two floors of rooms. Our room, on the ground floor, was straight out of the pages of a villain of the day, crime show. The room was drab with a musty, moldy odor that was masked for a short time by air conditioner. The dead bolt on the door was a decoration because there was no bolt to hook onto. The beds were blessedly bed bug free. Although the room gave the impression of having been cleaned rather quickly, I found an abandoned tmobile sim card on the ground. The shower was an experience because it came with a surpise for the towel had a rather sizeable hole in it. The walls thin enabled us to enjoy a night of listening to our neighbors talking both inside their rooms and outside their room. Unfortunately, I can't attest to the continental breakfast they provide in the morning."

"This was scary. The dead bolt was broken off. All the doors had been violently knocked multiple times. There was feces on the bathroom walls. The sink was broken. We put the dresser in front of the door to feel safe."

"I went to check in and the lady told me they need a cash deposit, has to be cash, not a card. Shady. Then i mentioned my registered service dog they said they charge a fee. That’s super illigal and the lady had a attitude with me. I don’t understand these cheap hotels every one of them speak to you like your trash. They dont give me that kind of attitude at the Hilton take your money and spend a little extra for something nice no one deserves to be treated like that especially not someone with disabilities and there caretaker"

"This place is utterly unfit for human lodging. Do not stay here unless you don't need to breathe, feel safe or want to look at anything other than the way out. Front desk person was really nice, but management clearly doesn't care about the quality of the facility or the satisfaction of their guests. I never got a call from the manager even after Wyndham Loyalty said they were going to try and resolve the issue. Was supposed to stay two nights, left within 10 minutes and they still charged me for BOTH nights. Avoid this place like the plague, unless you already have it."

"Needs some training on how to clean, either staff are not bothered or management don’t care. Cockroaches, dirty walls by the bin and toilet, ripped shower curtain. Ripped towels. All for $200 a night as the F1 was on. Also cancelling our room by mistake so we had to pay again??!! Plus points. The fridge was really quiet in the room"
