"Erica and her nurse were both very pleasant and caring. Erica is very personable and genuinely cares. She quickly diagnosed my issue after listening to all of my concerns. She even made a contingent plan in case my symptoms worsened. Excellent overall experience."

"My whole family is sicker than dogs from COVID and don't feel like coming into the Dr yet to get my meds they are wanting me come in. I am finding another place to go. Absolutely ridiculous cause I could give this to someone. They could always keep me from going out and call my meds in but they don't want to make it easy. They even want me to bring my sick son with me who is 7 and won't keep a mask on for nothing in with me. I have never in my life man. They never called back to check on me or ask me if everything was ok instead they want me to call them and I'm going to Monday. Edit someone did call me back on the following Monday and just said no matter what you have to come in to your appointment to get meds. Weather you are sick, dying or what have you. It's their policy. I disagree with the policy thus 1 star. What they made me go thru this weekend was hell! I could never recommend a place like this because they could have done a telehealth appointment or just called meds in."

"Walking in the front door, you get a good, comfortable, feeling. The office staff is unfailingly polite, kind, and caring. They make you feel they genuinely want to help, want you to feel better, and that you aren’t just another person to get rid of as quickly as possible. The nurses, CNAs, and lab staff are kind, helpful, and professional. As far as the providers go, I've only met Erica Wilson, PA, and Dr. Neil Smith. They are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met; warm, caring, gentle, and knowledgeable. Bottom line; I’ve not met a single member of the Sterling Health Owingsville office I wouldn’t want to call friend."
