"Wow! I have never had a bad experience with LAM BESPOKE. Their inventory is great and the prices are very fair. I have bought many things from them and they always stand by their product. I purchased a rug from them before Covid and it is great – I was very pleased. I think your expectations are unrealistic to think that you would get the same price after 3 years. Have you not seen on TV that EVERYTHING has gone up in price? Times are tough and businesses are truly suffering you should be kind rather than try to hurt another small business."

"I special ordered $3000 in custom latex-backed sisal rugs for my great room and kitchen in 2019 from Lam Bespoke Memorial Green. Within the last 6 months the latex backing has started to peel and slough off piles of white rubber bits around several of the rugs. I contacted the store to see how they could help with the situation. Their response was that I should have been using rug pads under the rugs. 1- that completely defeats the purpose of the latex backing, 2- that was not suggested at the time of purchase by the sales associate and 3- that was not in the care instructions from the manufacturer. She also suggested that something I was cleaning my floor with was causing it. To add insult to injury they also said they contacted the vendor and they determined the peeling was “consistent with age and use”. 3 yr old rugs falling apart is not consistent with age and use. They were not willing to take responsibility for this product in any way whatsoever. Since all of these rugs match and the biggest one under my furniture is not peeling (yet), I was desperate enough to ask if I could just order another kitchen runner (since that one was creating a giant mess of debris every day) and planned to throw the rug pad underneath. When she priced the rug for me it had increased in price and they would not even honor the original price I paid! If you decide to shop here just know, Lam Bespoke does not stand behind their products. They believe it’s totally normal to need to replace products they sell you every 3 years when they completely disintegrate and don’t mind asking you to do so."
