"I had a great experience with buying my furniture with Chris, but I was disappointed with the quality of the furniture I received. The Juliana 4pc sectional was different shades of black when it arrived and it looked tacky. Chris , the sales associate, did offer a store credit and was helpful initially... A replacement sectional was sent the following week and was an improvement, but the blacks still don’t match 100%.Management NEVER contacted me. I wouldn’t purchase furniture from diamond furniture in the future and wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone."
