"Terrible communication. I was told my child would enter K4, then AFTER I paid $600 they said there were no longer any slots open. I have called countless times and no one will pick up. They also gave me a “gift receipt” for all the fees I paid so my payments wouldn’t qualify for the Childcare Tax Credit. I finally had to do a chargeback on my credit card to get my money back."
