"Great place. I've bought some of your Packaged country ham for friends could you tell me the name of the company on the package thank you"
"Love love love this place. So nice to see more than a truck stop, this place has great food, and varieties of things to buy, not just food and drink items. The staff are very friendly, which I really love. Will definitely be coming back."
"I wish it had better access in the parking lot. Truckers are courteous in parking area but the customers in private vehicles don't pay attention and pull out in front of you, let alone have pedestrians who come out of no where when you start to back out"
"I recently stopped at Hucks Travel Center in Kuttawa, KY, and I must express my genuine disappointment, particularly regarding the men's restroom. The state of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. There were unsettling puddles of liquid in front of every urinal, leaving me and likely many others questioning their origin – was it water, or something more unsanitary? Such conditions make for an uncomfortable experience for travelers looking for a brief respite on their journey. Cleanliness in public facilities, especially restrooms, should always be a top priority. No one should have to wonder about the hygiene of the space or feel the need to navigate through questionable puddles just to use the restroom. I genuinely hope Hucks Travel Center addresses this issue promptly."
"Since travel centers are becoming a destination or at least targeted stop on road trips, I felt I needed to take the time and have. I just stopped for a bathroom break which for me always includes a beverage. The line for the ladies was so long I joking told the lady ahead of me a bus must have just arrived. She said indeed they had, Senior Citizen (I am too). I do not know how many stalls are in the ladies or more about where the group came from because just then a smiling female employee came over with a ring of keys and starting from the back of the line had us follow her as she unlocked empty showers so we could use the toilets in them even though that meant they would all need cleaned again and we weren't paying anything. Not being a full time traveler I had always wondered what "showers" were like. These were nice. I didn't think to take pictures with so many people waiting. But this did the trick. The long line was gone. The store was huge. If you follow me you may think my maiden name must have been Murphey because if something can go wrong it will. In this case I was fascinated by the automatic select and make your own smoothie machine. I went with a small strawberry banana. It was going smoothly until it moved from fill to blend, at which point the filled cup tipped over. I went to the cash register and a manager came immediately to check it out. Final result, I got to see it work right and ended up with a large smoothie for the price of a small. It tasted great! That's when I started taking pictures. I will try to upload a video. Hope you stop here if you are anywhere in the area. It was a very pleasant experience!"
