"One of the worst obgyn practices I've ever been to.! I would not recommend!!! If I could give a zero star I would! They are rude and not friendly! When you need prescriptions they wait days later to even get them! Awful practice"
"Dr. Steele became dismissive and rude as soon as she found out I was not pregnant or planning on getting pregnant. She shamed me (actually gasped said "Shame on you" like I had committed a crime) for not having been to a gyno in 4 years, even though I had a 5 year IUD and am a low risk patient for which I have been told 3-5 years between visits is usually fine. But she would have known that if she had asked me about my history, which she didn't. The rest of my visit was rushed and I didn't get anywhere near the level of care other practices have provided for me. I tried to discuss new birth control options with her and she wasn't interested in listening to me or actually helping me make a decision. Nothing I made the appointment for was actually addressed. Will not be back and would not recommend."
"Do not recommend at all. Their facility is unclean where they did my invasive ultrasound and they are often behind on seeing patients. Not to mention when my husband was laid off from his job I called to tell them we had lost our insurance. I wanted to cancel my appointment and ask them to send my labs so I could get them done until we got insurance. I spoke to the head nurse Jermaine who told me that I am pregnant and I should still be seen. So I went to my appointment only to be shamed about our situation. They drew my labs and I was seen all because Jermaine told me he approved it and he had the power to do so. I left my appoint only to get a call from another nurse who said ahe spoke to the doctor of the facility and she was told to tell me that I can no longer be apatient nor could they run my labs because I did not have insurance. I said I could pay out of pocket and I was told they would not consider it and they threw away my blood. They are anything but caring, professional, or understanding. They left me being 14 weeks pregnant and distraught."
"I have been coming here for 3 years, 2 pregnancies. I honestly don't get all the negative reviews, because I have always been taken great care of. I saw Amy early in my first pregnancy, then switched to Cassie and have mostly seen her since. They were both great, and have always been extremely proactive in diagnosing and treating problems, from getting meds for extreme nausea, to extra ultrasounds to check on potential problems, to managing gestational diabetes. I have never once felt "less than" or cast aside, and they always listen with genuine care when I am having personal difficulties. They must be insanely busy, but somehow I still always feel like I'm the only patient when I'm in the room. Cassie delivered my babies, and she is so awesome and down to business with it! I can't imagine seeing anyone else."
