"Great friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great experience."
"Angie Jeter, "Do not" again "do not" let this woman help you. She is extremely heartless, had a chance to help me and remove a penalty that I could have gotten removed. But no she looked me straight in my eyes and said it was to late that she couldn't help me. But my God is greater than this heartless woman. I went to another workforce and they helped me because they cared and listened to what I been going through. So All praises to TMH cause He is good!!!"
"Average workforce solutions with all the basics like computers, fax and copy machine access. The workers weren't very helpful at all. They have flyers for job fairs so that was helpful."
"This entire entity is a joke. None of their programs or services are real. It's a potemkin village, a facade to create the illusion of help. But there is no help. No matter what services you try to pursue, they'll have you fill out a long form, and after you do, they'll ask you every single question on the form you just filled out, making it clear they never read your responses. If you are a disabled person seeking help with employment, they will ask you which form of communication is most accessible for you and then intentionally use the LEAST accessible one to contact you. If you are trans or nonbinary, they will ask your preferred name and then make a point to call you the name you don't want to be called. This is all designed to wear down people who need help so that they give up and stop expecting basic necessities or basic courtesy from anyone else."
