"This place has very rude staff they act like they don’t care about there patients they are not professional and I would not recommend nobody going there I’m just being honest"

"The only reason they get 2 stars is because Dr. Flowers was the only respectful human in that building. Although it was very clear he did not agree with My views he was the only person in the building that had respect for what my husband and I wanted and took the time to respond to our questions. The staff/nurses are extremely pushy and rude. If you have any questions or would like to know what kind of testing they are trying to do to you you will be met with rude comments and disapproving looks. They did not tell me what my blood pressure was when they took it incorrectly in the first place and just told me it was high. Completely disregarded my wishes and questions. They also left a very nasty note in MyChart accusing my husband and I of being unconsolable because I did not need Std, drug testing and would only allow a abdominal ultrasound and told them as much. Me having opinions seem to be a big issue for one nurse specifically. All of this is after dr. Mckendrick canceled our original appointment so she could have may 5th off."

"I normally hate going to the Dr but Rebecca McKendrick is so good at what she does, she has a very relaxed personality and she is always willing to answer any question you have without making you feel rushed or judged. I would recommend her to anyone."

"I called to make an appointment for my daughter, I was told I was “rushing” through the questions, talking way to fast and being disrespectful. I was told that he could not do his job because I wasn’t being compliant with him. When asked for his name he wouldn’t give it to me nor customer support. I answered all of the questions, with no disrespect. Just trying to get an appointment set up."
