We arrived in the late evening, 8pm and we were out in under an hour. We looked at several couches and sets before we could decide, and Sonia was there to help accessorize and walk us through how our living room would be set up. She was so willing and gracious to help. Sonia is direct and to the point with the process so nothing is left out. This new Bel’s has an immaculate showroom with incredible staff. Closeout deals are unbeatable at the beginning d the year. I’ll only shop for furniture at this place, and with Sonia!"

"They really delivered a USED DAMAGED bed to me lol. Went to buy a bed set for my kid as a surprise gift, had to wait a week and a half for delivery. They dropped off the set halfway assembled already and the other parts wrapped in a dirty blanket. It was SCRATCHED, DAMAGED, BROKEN. The chair was stained too. Went into the store that same day to make a claim and tell them to pick it up cause I paid full price for a NEW bed. The girls in the back not only have a bad attitude but they’re just useless. The manager was sitting on a display couch just laughing on a call on his phone, while knowing our issue and didn’t care that we were upset. Didn’t help much. Judi don’t apologize or had any empathy. Tried to reschedule a new delivery for another week and a half and then they’d be taking the old bed. Which they left sitting in the middle of the kitchen lol these people are ridiculous. Canceled the order instead and buying at another furniture store."
