"I went earlier today to cancel a bond with my dad. I was there with him simply to accompany him and to help him ask any questions he has since English is not his first language. I was not allowed to go in with him (which is not a problem I understand), but the treatment is HORRIBLE. My only question is, who do these people think they are? I was there just listening to the way the security guy treated people. I was in complete disbelief listening to the way he would scream and belittle EVERYONE. As someone else in the review section mentioned, they need to be humbled cause there’s no way they get to treat people like that. You work for the government, which I understand is probably a miserable job, but that isn’t our problem. Treat people with respect."
