"Horrible customer service and my biggest thing it looked like the box was already opened and the original tag said $39.99 but had a handmade tag that said $14.99 like they knew something was wrong with it. So to start I went in to get a cart asked for a cheaper one, it looked like the box was already open, my fault for not checking while I was there but I saw it was leaking when I got home. I called, the guy was nice but said that they just "changed their exchange policy" not to long ago and said any products with defects you need to contact the manufacturer. Thing is everything on the manufacturer website about returns was only if you bought it through the website not a 3rd party store. So I called back, the guy took my name and number down and said he'll have his manager call me but I never received a call back."
