"Dr. Green was not friendly. She looks at you like you are crazy. She is very rude and unconcerned when speaking of your issues. Her follow-up is horrible. She failed to write the prescription that she suggested. The entire appointment was a waste of my time. Overall a very unprofessional Doctor."

"Went to get an IUD put in but was unsure which one I wanted and had questions. Very short when I asked questions but we agreed on the Mirena. After 4 attempts to get it in she says she can’t do it and asks which other one I want. On the 5th try she finally got it in, but I should have only had to go through the pain of the insertion once, not 5 times. Absolutely ridiculous."

"My experience here over the years has never been good, but I stuck it out because of location. Whenever I had issues, the doctor and NP I saw were never very helpful. It was almost like I had to draw information out of them, and even then, it never felt like a good answer. Sometimes their backs were to me as we talked over things that seemed quite important to me. You know, cyst, issues with birth control, even pains. Recently switched, and it was nice to feel some humanity and have answers. I never saw the OBGYN’s in the office, so I cannot speak of their mannerisms. Mine were with a strictly GYN doctor and NP over a number of years."
