"While Dr. Davenport herself was fine, I will never go back to this facility. They gave me incorrect information prior to a procedure that meant I had no idea I was going to have to pay $800. Then, the person who gave me the incorrect information didn't own up to it and the office manager told me if I didn't understand I should have asked questions. Actually, I confirmed twice that my understanding was correct. Also, the day of the procedure, they said I wasn't on the schedule, then it turns out they had cancelled the wrong person and I could have gotten the wrong anesthesia because of the mix-up. Just don't do it."
"The best of the best. I live in Louisville and I go to them. Every single person in that office is nice, friendly and professional. They make you feel so comfortable and they make sure you are taking care of. When I have my second child I am definitely going back to them because my first experience was absolutely amazing. Thank you for working hard and being part of health industry."
"Doctors and staff are nice enough. However, multiple appointments were canceled and ones that weren't I had to wait over an hour to see the Dr. Also getting a call back after hours or in general is practically impossible. You have to call 2-3 times to even get a response. Way too busy to serve all the patients."
"I’m giving 2 stars because the midwives do a great job with patient care & delivery specifically at TOLFBC. The office, however, has gotten completely unorganized so much that it’s caused me inconveniences on multiple occasions. This is my 2nd baby here (delivered my first through them in 2020). I don’t have any complaints about my first experience but this time around has been completely different. Ever since they added a 2nd office, it’s been nothing but confusion. First, I had issues with insurance and now I drove 30 mins to an appt that I’m 100% sure I scheduled to be told they don’t have me down on the schedule. I more than likely won’t be using them again after this child and have grown completely dissatisfied with the practice."
"I've been coming here for 14 years. This will be my 5th baby delivered by the midwives. I used to love it here, but the office has gotten crazy. It's obvious the practice has grown substantially and the waiting room is jam packed with patients everytime. I've spent 30-45 minutes pregnant and standing on my feet. There will be multiple women standing near the front of the office at a time, no matter the time of day. They really need to update their seating arrangements or move to a bigger office. My medical care has always been good, though communication could be a little better. It's just a stressful environment from check in to check out. Feels like going to the store now."
