The classes are very age and experience relevant and there is a good mix of different styles of martial arts, from jujitsu to karate, boxing and taekwondo, as well as king fu and free style techniques. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the spring padded floor is very comfortable on the ankles and feet. Overall, a great dojo and very family friendly environment."

It has so much potential and many opportunities to challenge students of all different ranks and stages of life they are in! I will say, one thing that can feel challenging is having to learn Japanese because it's brand new, but everyone is so helpful and most of them are learning right along with you!
