"This place has caused me emotional trauma thru their bigoted way of thinking, the way the teachers condone racism, and most effectively, their homophobia. 9/10 people including students are some of the pathetic and hateful people I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting."
"I was here 2nd grade through 4th grade. This place caused me emotional trauma that even as an adult, still bothers me. There is NOTHING Christian about slamming an object on the table to scare a kid into tears, making them copy God's word as a form of punishment, or having teachers who SCREAM at the class. (The latter happened so frequently in the 4th grade, I actually got used to it.) Man, they even fired a really patient and kind teacher just because she used the wrong version of the Bible. Please, please, PLEASE do your research before sending your child to this horrible place. Their relationship with both Christ and mental health may depend on it."
"The Bad Honestly, this school needs some improvement. No school is perfect, but you should always take criticism fairly and not write it off as ridiculous. criticism is important so let's begin. first of all is the terrible students, there are lots of good and bad ones (just looking at the 6th grade and under makes me sad that's the future generation) but they need to behave. They don't do this all the time, but you shouldn't punish the kids that didn't do anything, because of a bad kids doing. It's dumb and outdated. It might have worked when you were kids, but kids are different now. They like being punished and getting everyone in trouble. They like seeing the good kids go down with them. No guilt or remorse, Just sick pleasure. The Teachers can be a problem. None of the high school ones are bad, and I can't speak for elementary or middle school because there are new ones and the bad ones are gone. But instead of immediately believing a Teacher (especially ones that are complete Karen's complaining all the time) then maybe consider getting the other side of a story before a final conclusion. It's happened before, but definitely less than more and that's not okay. I could go on and on about smaller issues, but I'm going to move on to the good stuff. The Good Like I said, the high school teachers aren't bad. Infact some of my favorite teachers are from the high school are very good. Bro John is the best. He has a mini fridge and buys the drinks we want. He dosent overprice and he doesn't even make money on the coffee. He just does it because it's something we like. He's pretty fair most of the time. He's a Teacher that was going to punish everyone because of one kid, he listened to one of the students explaining why it was wrong and then he punished just that one kid. That's how it should be. He's closest to our age than any other teacher. So he gets our reasoning for why it's stupid and improves his ways. Not making excuses why he does wrong stuff when called out. A former teacher Bro Andrew was a great teacher, definitely my favorite. Him and Bro John came at a time where we had three terrible teachers in a row. (technically two teachers and one substitute) they were the reason I was happy to go back to school again. Mrs Berry was a very underrated teacher. She was a unfair at first, But she realized punishing everyone for one person's doing is pointless. She apologized for treating the good kids unfair. After that she became one of my favorites. Out of all the teachers, she really showed the most class. Of course I can't help but mention my friends over there. We have some bad kids and extremely immature ones sure, but I got my friends to help me through it. The high school always gets a Christmas party before our Christmas break and it's awesome. We get to use our game consoles/handhelds, movies, all kinds of food. It's the best time of the school year. Everyone can just peace out and have fun. Conclusion I think the school needs major improvements but I like it more than dislike it. If you were to ask me two or three years ago my answer would have been different, but now. It's okay. Not terrible, not the best school. So three stars. If your considering coming here, come at high school. As far as Elementary I can't really recommend"
"READ THIS IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING MICAH!! Staff do absolutely nothing about bullying, and and sometimes even join in. There is 0 accountability to students and staff. Bullying, vaping, Spreading Rumors and fights are just some of the things you might find here at Micah! NOTE TO PARENTS If you were considering sending your kids to this school, I highly recommend reading all of the reviews. Also, if your child is getting bullied and you pull them out and and send them to a different school just expect that bullying to continue!"
"I went to the school while back ago I would highly not recommend to go to this school or enroll your children here. This school does not stand with their word nor with Christian behavior. I talked to the high school before enrolling and did the work as they asked me to do while going there. I was slow at first I'll admit but when it came to the end of the grading period of the school I had all passing I believe because this is what the teachers said at the time but the school it self as refused to even show my final grades of it nor transfer it to another school. The school and some of the people are amazing within it but the leadership lacks. The school took my money and no credits. The school also fails to meet students were they are."
