"I do NOT recommend national wood refinishing and Upholstry. They refinished one of my tables years ago and while most of what I got back looked good, they didn’t fix everything I asked them to even though I paid them the $1,550 they quoted. I didn’t post any negative feedback all these years but called and texted to make sure they know about my concerns and National Wood Refinishing never took care of my issues. A couple years later I got a call to see if there’s any other furniture they can refinish for me and I told the young lady that I was still wanting the other stuff fixed and even forwarded pictures of my text messages with Wilfred from 2016 as a reminder but instead of trying recover they instead decided to ignore me. A couple more years went by so I decided to put it behind us and maybe give them a second chance but when I spoke with Wilfred today he said he couldn’t forget me because he was listening on speaker when I told his receptionist I wasn’t 100% happy. All these years, even as they ignored me I kept my feedback to texts with Wilfred and calls with his staff, but I’m sharing this now because you all need to know that privately and politely telling them that I wasn’t 100% satisfied resulted in Wilfred ignoring my problem and turning down a second chance on a new job. I will never do business with Wilfred again."

"Exceeded expectations! Great customer service and selection. They reupholstered a leather recliner. The same recliner new without the carved feet would have cost about 3 times what it cost new. Plus I got a better grade leather. I'm so glad I chose this company to work on my chair."

"I had 6 Chippendale Henkel Harris Chairs refinished and they did a really excellent job. I strongly recommend them. They even picked up and delivered my chairs. A couple months later, I also had them lacquer finish an old Wardrobe that I already sanded and stained, since I do not have a sprayer. Once again, they did an excellent job. They picked up and delivered the wardrobe as well. There was no long waiting list or deposits required like some places I called. Superior family owned company with personal service. Both jobs were done in a very timely manner."
