"The pictures online are enhanced today the least, this are poorly managed, nasty yards and breeze ways filled with trash etc. I literally had to pick up garbage just so my kids could play out side, with dog wast bins provided no one used them my kids would step in dog poo while playing, so many kids unsupervised kids and damaging peoples belonging, drugs was awful someone in my building had to much coming and goings of traffic you can smell it from their home, they even left their “ Marijuana” out side their door in a chair where they had been smoking it. The neighbors on the other side of the walls from me moved and they were nasty, when they started moving we started getting roaches when they left we got more and more. I told the office they “sprayed” but didn’t help any. I had to go pay the bug bombs and still didn’t help much. Everything I documented with pictures and e mails and constantly going to the office and nothing was ever done. So I hunted for another place to live and so with getting a new place and living no that one I moved 3 weeks before my lease ended and they charged me for that way over 1,000. After I had to pick up garbage, was afraid of my kids being around the coming and goings of the drug neighbors, the kids unsupervised being up to no good, and money I was out trying to get rid of the roaches. Had to bomb several more time while my stuff was in a u haul before moving into my new place. I don’t think it’s right they want to charge me for moving 3 weeks before my lease was up after all the heck we was out through. I don’t recommend this place to anyone at all. It’s a horrible neighborhood and poorly ran. Don’t be fooled by their enhanced photos on line and their glamoured description of what the place has to offer. The floors had water damage, the ceiling had big spots in it, the paint you can tell the dry wall putty wasn’t smoothed out, the closet doors suppose to slide and they was always falling off, they are no light fixtures in the ceiling you have to have lamps in every room, and the light switch’s control some of the plug ends just have to figure out which it is, I had little electrical issues with the living room plug ins and they came in a retwisted a wire and out tape on it. So this place isn’t most definitely not worth the prices they are. They should be more of a based on income housing. My mother lives in a based on your income housing and her apartment and neighborhood is in better shape than this place."
"I don’t have much positive to say parking sucked and everything else - even had a maintenance guy walk in on me while sleeping unannounced was creepy tbh."
"I really enjoy living in this apartment complex, it's quiet and the property manager is quick to get things done if you have a problem. I had a small bug problem when I first moved in, within a week the place had been sprayed and I haven't seen a bug since."
"Apartment was decent. Main problem is the staff and their not following the rules/laws of Kentucky renting. More specifically giving notice of coming for a inspection/checking the fire alarm. Woke up one morning cause of the fire alarm and find a group of people in my apartment."
"I moved here May 1st 2022, it was okay at first. The unit we saw was nice, the price was decent, and everything was fine. The unit we got had severe water damage on the floors, the paint on the walls were constantly peeling off, there were roaches and fleas everywhere, the carpet comes up really easy, and some of the doors don’t fit in their frames. I have a friend who lives in a different building than me and his apartment is fine. Maybe I just got unlucky, but it is definitely not worth the $830 I pay a month. I got a 2bed 1bath btw. The only thing making this a 3 star review is Ashley, she is wonderful."
