Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-Frisco 3240 Parkwood Boulevard, Frisco, TX 75034

"During the few days back in January when the temperatures were well below freezing I decided that I’d stay in a hotel rather than at home since I wanted to be closer to the Frisco area. I ended up picking this hotel because the room was basically a one bedroom apartment for the same price that the other nearby Hilton properties were charging. From the moment I drove onto the property everything was immaculately cleaned and well kept. The service at the front desk was wonderful and I was quickly on my way to my room. The door lock gave me some trouble as the battery died in the lock right after letting me in the first time, but thankfully I noticed it before heading down to get more luggage and maintenance was up in less than 5 minutes to replace the batteries. The room itself was spacious and seemed to be fairly new, the modern TVs were a nice touch as well. The bed was also very comfortable and I slept well. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was cleaned and left in the dishwasher to assure their freshness. Breakfast was also wonderful as was the 24/7 coffee in the lobby, and both were complimentary which added to the great deal. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of in the rooms was the gross bulk amenities that look straight out of a public bathroom. The front desk was able to resolve that quickly though so it did not prove to be an issue in my stay. Overall this is an excellent place to stay and regardless of if you’re staying for one night or over a month this is a great place to stay, and I will for sure be back next time the temperature drops."

"Walking distance to all my favorite stores. Amazing suite with kitchen and living room - what I loved the most was that the room was separate. I usually wake up early so I am able to do stuff without waking my husband. The hotel is nice, very nice, clean and the lady at the front desk was very nice."

"For what we need, the location is perfect. 0.5 mile to the office, a shopping strip mall right behind the hotel, closer to the Star center and the highway. A few decent restaurants around it. It's fairly clean. Breakfast is basic but good. The restroom sink area is very small. I wish the water pressure is a bit stronger or the water flow is faster. The gym has 3 treadmills, one bike, and some weights with a bench, and a couple of mats. They do have a water cooler in the gym which is nice. Limited space, but you can get a workout in if you are not looking for every excuse not to do it. One thing that surprised me is that they don't have a complimentary comb upon request, but it is there for purchase for $3.99. This is definitely the first experience because I never remembered to pack a comb and all of the hotels I had stayed in regardless of the stars of the hotel all have complimentary comb except this one! Hence the 3 ⭐ review. I forgot to mention that the shower sliding door almost fell on me. It is a safety concern in my eyes. Also the gym doesn't have a sanitizer spray and paper towels for wiping equipments."

"For a hotel in the US this hotel is remarkably clean and has a good breakfast. The staff, especially the two ladies at the weekday breakfasts, were always visible to the guests and proactively cleaning and refilling. The breakfast has a little variety every day and good options for waffles and always fresh fruits. We loved that they not only offer plastic dishes, cutlery and cups. For the rooms you can see that they are a few years old and the furniture had better days, but it was clean and all we need was available. Most of the times we have not heard a single person from other rooms nor the hallway, what is a big plus. Compared to other comparable hotels across the US this is a really good one and I fully recommend to stay there when in the area."
