Sheila in the office was very helpful and easy to work with throughout the application process. I like how quiet and well kept the property is, and there’s plenty of parking. Good location near tons of shops and restaurants, and easy to get on the interstate to go downtown for work."

"I lived in a studio here for two years before upgrading to a two bedroom apartment. Within a week, I started seeing red bumps I initially thought were hives. Fast forward a couple months, and I find out they are bed bug bites. If you are thinking about throwing away everything you own and starting from scratch, this is the place for you. I had the privilege of living in that unit for an additional 3-4 months before I was even allowed to transfer, or pay thousands of dollars to break the lease. When I was finally allowed to transfer, I was moved to another two bedroom unit that had over a dozen dead beetles all over the floor. I highly recommend this place if you are an avid insect collector, because you are sure to find tons. Thanks to the Grove, I have donated thousands of dollars back into the economy for new furniture, moving expenses, and hotel stays. If you are not a fan of bed bugs, I would highly recommend not signing the bed bug addendum they slip into the lease agreement. Otherwise, you may want to look elsewhere, as I certainly wish I had. "First of I wanna start by saying this is one of the worst places I have ever experienced in my entire life. I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. I signed a short term lease for 3 months. And let me tell you those 3 months was a complete hell for me. I decided to move out after couple of weeks and had to pay rent for nothing because how outdated and dirty this place was I had to deal with spiders and roaches/stinkbugs I have notified the front office about it, after couple days pest control finally came even after the pest control service. The bugs and spiders continued to show up. Had multiple issues with toilet being clogged. I have had endless amount of horrible experiences at Grove at Lyndon the staff DOES NOT care about you. They do not how to take care of their customers. I have been all around the world and lived in multiple places. This is by far the worst experience I have had in my life. Please if you are reading this look the other way and RUN! there is plenty of good apartments in the area! Avoid this at all costs.."
