AMP Luxury Apartments

"There's a reason AMP is always voted best place to live in Louisville. When my husband and I were looking for an apartment in Louisville we looked at nearly every "luxury" community in the area and while some of them had better amenities, the one thing many reviews said was that they could hear their neighbors sneeze and that was the last thing we wanted. AMP was the only one who had reviews mentioning how quiet it was, and that is 100% true. I honestly don't think we ever heard our neighbors. Tori and Cathy are both amazing and made our time at AMP really great. If you're looking for a luxury apartment in Louisville, I very highly recommend AMP!"

"AMP! I truly enjoyed living at this property! Tori and Logan were very accomodating during my stay! The property is well-kept and my neighbors were great! Spacious apartment homes and nice color contrast. The concierge mail service was a plus for packages. The best upside is being on Frankfort Ave and in walking distance of shops and bars. If I did not relocate for work I would still be with AMP because from the outside to inside accomodations the apartment home was perfect. Thanks again Tori and Logan for your attention to detail, care for residents and the property. If you are looking for your next apartment home I recommend AMP!"

"AMP is amazing! The apartments are absolutely beautiful and the staff take great care of you! The manager Tori is so helpful with any info you may need, and the maintenance supervisor, Logan is great about responding to maintenance requests very quickly! There is also a lot of great local bars and restaurants in the area in walking or bike distance. I strongly recommend renting here. I posted a few pictures of my two bedroom to be helpful!"

"I recently moved into AMP apartments and absolutely love them! Walter is by FAR the best Manager I have ever had dealings with and Logan is also very kind and helpful. They are so friendly and welcoming and make sure that every need of yours is met. The location is fantastic, close to so much that makes Louisville special! The units are VERY nice and the noise has not been a problem at all. The complex is always very clean and the neighbors and friendly and respectful. I work in this industry and am a little picky about staffing and property experience. I have also been a renter for many many years and this is the most comfortable and happy I have been in my home. Thank you AMP, keep doing what you're doing!!"
