They like to lie and try to say that people called yelling at them, but no one in their right mind would ever believe that because there are to many relocation services to stress over one your calling for the first time. It simply helps to prove the type of liars they are., If they would provide good service they wouldn't get bad reviews. Trash always trying to blame incompetence on people who Googled them and they were just one of the company's that came up in the search. Clowns in the circus. It's very obvious that the reviews they have come from people they know."

"Needed temporary housing before moving into new home after selling my home and relocating to Louisville area. Working with Todd and his staff was a delight! I had never used this type of service before. There was no lease to worry about, I was able to take my 2 small dogs, all household items were already in apartment, and I did not have to worry about hooking up/shutting off utilities when my new home was ready. In addition, the facilities and apartment at The Overlook was amazing!
