"I picked up 3 prescriptions that I knew should have been cheap. They charged me over $140! I asked if the scripts were ran through my insurance and all I got was "yeah". I got out to my car and read the script and the name of the rx coverage wasn't even my coverage. I went back in and told them that wasn't my rx insurance. They checked and credited me $137! I still haven't seen the credit appear on my credit card. Didn't get an "I'm sorry" or anything. For routine prescriptions they're fine (even though I've had several times when even the rx I've gotten here for years isn't processed right), but when me or a family member is sick I'm going to Walgreens and just paying more to avoid the hassle. I wish I could say this sort of thing has only happened a few times over the years but that'd be untrue. Not really sure what is so hard about running scripts through the proper insurance. Other pharmacies have no trouble with it."

"Rude and incompetent staff. I was called about my daughters prescription, they asked if I wanted it mailed or picked up, I asked for it to be mailed. 2 days later I haven’t gotten the medicine so I called. They mailed it to the wrong address. Then told me nothing they can do about it, I’d have to request a refill from the doctor. I asked why it wasn’t shipped to the address that was on her prescription and they said “I don’t know, we didn’t have that one on file”… wouldn’t you confirm if the address if it’s different? Now I have to wait for an antibiotic because they messed up. I asked the doctor to send it to a different pharmacy, I’ll pay extra to get good care."

"The workers are the rudest ever! Gotten things mixed up too often! Are they trained?? I hope I never have to be a patient in that hospital!! Scary"

"Usually very helpful, but this time not at all. I called to try to get rx changed from capsules to tablets because the capsules were $120. Was told they would call the Dr to request the change and call me back. After not hearing anything, I called back and was told they were still waiting on the Dr. That evening my card was charged $120. I called the next morning and was told the meds had been shipped and there was nothing that could be done. Was also told there was no note in my chart which meant no one had even tried to contact the Dr. I'm still waiting on the meds too! Very frustrated!"

"I'm biased because, 1. I work for Baptist Louisville 2. I'm an engineer who takes care of the 1st floor in which the pharmacy is located. They're always friendly and professional. Medications are usually filled within a timely manner. Also helps to have mychart to keep track of your medications and notified when your prescription is ready."
