"Edited after management reply: I have reached out to the office and the corporate multiple times! I even walked the manager through my apartment. Didn’t get any thing but “yes will let you know” or empty promises! I just moved here yesterday. The apartment is super dirty and gross. It is completely different from the model they showed me! Hopefully the management can see this and understand how frustrating it is to move to a new apartment and clean up someone else’s mess! That’s sad that I cannot show the smell in the picture."
"I have been a resident since April and only had a great experience. The community staff are very responsive. All concerns are addressed timely and considerately. I think this is the first time I have ever lived somewhere where a work order is addressed within 24 hours which is unheard of! It’s also a perk that it’s a very walkable neighborhood and always something to do within a couple blocks. Highly recommend."
"I’m going to preface this by saying for the sake of myself and this complex I did not want to post this but due to managements failure to communicate I don’t have any other choice. On 10/09/2023 “inspections” were done on the apartments “WITH” a plumber. No issues reported that I am aware of. On 10/11/2023 by pure accident (my clothes hamper bumped the wall) I noticed the walls in my utility room completely soft. My first notification to management was on 10/12/2023. After calling and leaving voicemails THROUGH the close of business Saturday they were all ignored. That weekend I stayed with my parents and upon returning Sunday (10/15/2023) I saw that my apartment had been entered, the bottom half of the wall was cut out and the lovely maintenance man urinated in my toilet and did not flush (I have pictures but for all of our sake they won’t be posted) which caused a stain because it had sat there for god knows how long (I still don’t know when they entered). 10/16/2023 I received a call from the manager Jess. Jess apologized for the maintenance man and also informed me there are issues with the FOUNDATION and it seems that the sprinkler system water had been leaking into my walls for an undetermined but lengthy amount of time. Jess told me that they are cutting the wall out and will have contractors in on 10/17/2023 and today, 10/20/2023, and promised to keep me updated every step of the way. I was not upset at this point as I trusted the communication of management and strongly felt as though they’d truly keep me informed and updated on my primary home where all of my belonging are, which looking back was ridiculous of me. Since after the first contractor left on 10/17/2023 I have been sending email after email, leaving voicemails, etc to absolutely no avail. I pay nearly $1300 for 450sqft I can’t even use because upon the finishing of the wall (whatever that entails) they will be replacing all of my flooring which will require all of my stuff be moved out to completely move it all back in…. 2 months before my lease is up but at that point we’re probably already looking at mid november when that gets done. My lease is over in January and as we can all see in the pictures, there are several issues to address and fix. I am expected to pay full rent the remainder of the year in a home I can not fully live in or WORK FROM because of repairs. I understand things do not happen overnight and it’s a process to get contractors in and a plan in place- what I am angry about is the complete ignoring of management. Rent is due first of the month and this is the condition in which they are expecting me to live in and pay full price for the remainder of the year despite no communication on what is happening, what actually needs to be fixed, timelines, they won’t tell me what time contractors are coming. This is my home. It was my peace. Since I moved in July I had NO issues with anything or anyone and that’s why I’m so frustrated. I WANT to work with them on this and I am trying. I’m not a karen or someone who’s just trying to cause issues and get out of paying rent. There is absolutely nothing for me to gain out of any of what is happening. The pictures are the progress and what was covered by a garbage bags upon me returning home from work on Monday."
"I used to call this place my home until I fell ill and had to look for rental assistance assistance . So now I am homeless because they refused the assistance and to add salt to injury I have an eviction on my records . If u are handicapped forget about it not very accessible no ramps to the apt buildings or the unit . They are more focused on how the courtyard looks more than anything and quik to suggest what is or isn't pleasing to them on your porch as if they are paying for the outrageous rent I payed over the course of 3 years. And safety isn't important to them. Not a single camera in resident parkin. Cars got broke into constantly .I had to call the police for a neighbor that got jumped and car was stolen at 3am. Don't support this business. However the staff is amazing."
"I really like the apartment. The floor and finishings are nice and I love the walkable area nearby."
