"The apartment provides a pleasant and secure atmosphere, truly feeling like home. There are no disturbances from neighbors, and it's conveniently within walking distance to the University. The property manager is both kind and humble. I highly recommend this apartment compared to others in the vicinity."
"I lived at Cardinal Village for two years. At first it was great and convenient since I was finishing up at business school which was a two minute walk. Unfortunately, my laundry got stolen and there was no help in getting it resolved. Limited food options around and not the best area. Trash was left out in the parking lot all of the time. I would not recommend for anyone, find some friends to live with in a better apartment in a nicer area. The apartment manager was all over the place and was not very much help when it came to anything. 900 dollars a month to live in a box along with the issues I had to deal with was never worth it. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from Cardinal Village."
"This place is not at all like the example photographs. Very misleading as the apartments are cheaply painted and not at all updated. Which can be dealt with I suppose, but not fair to believe that you'll be getting a nice fresh apartment. They are similiar to motel rooms. Biggest issue is there's a huge ongoing problem with spiders and several other insects that really needs to be sorted out. It's embarrassing to have company over when there are gnats everywhere. EDIT**** it's even worse now. I can't even shower without a spider cricket joining me. And good luck if you live on the lower level. Get ready to cover your head and run past the gang of locusts lining the walls and blocking the entrance."
"I’ve been at CV for a month now, and it’s has been great. Setting up was simple and about as easy as moving can get, the apartment is quiet, maintenance and Donna (the apartment manager) have been quick to respond and great to work with, and it’s been wonderful overall. I don’t have any complaints."
"If you get a bottom apartment it is essentially a cave. Extremely dark and depressing. Absolutely no space in the kitchen, the layout is terrible- I couldn’t even open my dishwasher all the way to use because it hit the sorry excuse for a kitchen bar? NOT WORTH THE PRICE. They painted the outside and called in renovating ? Paying nearly 900 to live in the worst apartment you ever saw, i was literally so depressed living there. Don’t do it, trust me. I left my before my last month and gave notice and they still charged me so."
