"Not a very convenient location. You have to drive at least 4 or 5 miles to a grocery store. There is a lot of dust as a nearby warehoue has a huge gravel lot. If you live downstairs you will hear every footstep of the people above you. When I first moved in two years ago it was a good place for $605 a month. Now the rent is $850 per month and I do not think the place is worth that. Being a large community there is a lot of traffic coming in and out. There are a lot of delivery trucks. The property is well maintained, but the landscaping is not very good. There were a lot of really nice trees, but those have been cut down now. I have a patio- nice- but the view I have is the parking lot and cars so I rarely sit there. There are no amenities."

"We have lived at Arbor Place Apartments going on 4 years now, and we've been very happy here. The upkeep is fantastic, working on a day to day basis to make the property look amazing. Maintenance is wonderful. We've had very few issues having to call maintenance, but when we have it was fixed in a timely manner! Management is great, and always gets back to you quickly with any questions or concerns you may have. Though the floor plan is small when it comes to a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, the rent is VERY reasonable, especially comparing these apartments to other New Albany apartments. You also are a short walk away from IUS campus, and only a short drive away from Grantline Rd. It feels like you're out further than you are, which makes it all the more appealing! Dogs and cats are not allowed, which is the only downside, but we are able to have our rabbit and that has worked out great. Highly recommend these apartments, lovely property right up against the Knobs! No wonder there's a waiting list! Great apartments, for couples, students, single people, and small families!"
