"I've lived here for over 2 years and I highly DON'T recommend anyone to move here. They would constantly ignore work orders, my place was bug infested, they overcharge on rent or just expenses period, and etc.. don't waste your time with GVA."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. GVA are serious con artist. For starters they haven't given me any of the upgrades they said they would provide when renewing my lease. Also they add on tons of fines and do not charge you what's in the lease. Meaning my prorated rent is not what they said I have to payment they added onto that. The only reason I'm still living there is because we have to be close to base. Please do not renew your lease or even consider moving into anything GVA manage. They will con you out of all your money."

"These apartments could be great. They have great potential. Rules are meant to be enforced. There is NO smoking in apartments for a reason. Some people are physically effected by it. When you share ventilation with another apartment and they are smoking legal and illegal substances, that is unexpectable. Warning, warning, OUT!!!!!!!"

"I lived in this apartment for 2 yrs. To my pleasant surprise, it was a pleasant experience. It was 5 mins from Fort Campbell, KY. The monthly rent was affordable. I had my own washer and dryer. They were quick to fix any repair requests. They promptly refunded the amount over my rent due. Lastly the move out inspection was painless."
