"Filthy apartments when I moved in there was an inch of dust in the utility closet the linoleum is tore with paint speckles all. Carpet is pulling away from the metal and nails are sticking up cut my foot many times"

"It’s sad when you have a lady that’s fixing to have hip surgery have to move her stuff around by herself cause the landlord wouldn’t come fix her pipes and just let them burst and flood her floors and then the landlord had to have help from her neighbor. You would’ve thought they would’ve put her in another apartment and tell her it was fixed but no they did not. I don’t understand how this place is being run. They need a new management."

"do not move here. they are not handicapped or senior resident friendly. a resident lost her leg and could not get to the mail box with her wheelchair but they would not allow a mailbox by her apt temporarily saying the mailboxes were wheel chair accessible, even though she had a note from her doctor . They are not. you can not get into the bathroom with a wheel chair either. there is one dumpster for all the residents and it is not handicap accessible in a wheelchair either. the manager said it won't do any good to contact corporate with a complaint due to her friend works there and wont forward the complaints. the managers office is always closed says due to covid. but covid rules is over. and the laundry room is only accessible mon thru friday 7 to 5. when you leave a msg on the machine you get no response. when they think corporate is coming they run around trying to get everything ready. it should be ready 24/7 365 days a year."

"Good luck getting someone to answer the phone in the office. They have a recording that clearly states they open at 9am. At 10am no one answers at 11a no one answers. Unacceptable for a facility like this."
