"I honestly think most of the reviews are fake google accounts. I went in at the beginning of August to find a bed before moving. They had signs all over they were closing etc….I spoke with the manager and was advised the bed I wanted was not in stock but he could order it in the color black and it’ll be two weeks. I went back 8/16 and did the purchase with $149 delivery fee. The lady that works there when I came back was also aggressive and follows you around the WHOLE STORE for “any questions”. I should have left then! Two weeks passed by and nothing from them. I called at 3 weeks and was advised they will call the vendor and give me a call back. I had to call again and was told it had something to do with Labor Day. I let that pass and had to call once again just to be told the bed is on back order now …went back in 10/18 for a refund because I still never received a bed. The manager wouldn’t even really look at me or apologized which is weird! Ooh and now all the closing soon signs are gone!"
