The Backyard Store is the place for all of your backyard needs if you care about Customer Service, Personal needs being meet, and the ability to talk to the owner at any time. In a day and time where people are seen only as potential dollars, The Backyard Store is a refreshing experience of times when people where most important. I came to the Backyard Store looking to purchase a hot tub for my wife for Mother’s Day in 2018. I did not know anything about hot tubs, their cost, differences, or how to choose them. Mark, walked me through the whole process over two months in selecting the right tub without pressuring me to buy a specific tub. He even came to my house, on a Sunday, and measured my yard to see the most optimum place to put the tub. He did all this without a commitment from me to purchase a tub. It was a great Experience! I don’t like to read long reviews, and this is the first time I’ve did a review. So I’ll end with this- if you just want a tub, go to some other place. But if you want a partner, counselor, and advocate who will be honest with you and your needs the Backyard Store is the place for you. "In 2011, after exhaustive research on hot tubs, I was ready to purchase a Bullfrog spa - based on its versatility with interchangeable spa seats and easier/less expensive repair costs, if needed. The Backyard Store is one of the few stores that sells this brand. When I walked in the store I was greeted by Mark Lynch (Mgr) who was extremely knowledgeable about hot tubs – both his brand and competitors. He helped me select the best hot tub, spa seats, cover and lifter to suit my preferences and at a reasonable price. He personally delivered it to my backyard and set it up. Five years later when I walked in the store needing a new cover, Mark remembered me. Within a few days, he delivered a new cover to my backyard and hauled off the old cover. Customer service, quality of their hot tubs and patio furniture are top notch and I recommend The Backyard store to my friends."
