"Wish I could leave zero stars (like some others have stated as well) - and for a good reason. I would HIGHLY recommend going literally anywhere else. The staff is beyond rude, and they have no compassion for people here, as they’ve shown repeatedly through their actions & words. Furthermore, they seem to think they have some sort of power or authority over your own prescribing doctor, and will hold your medication hostage until they feel like giving it to you. Who do they think they are exactly?? It’s simple - my doctor sends you a prescription, and you simply DO YOUR JOB and FILL IT. That’s it. Easy. I will never be getting a prescription sent here ever again, and will be demanding that they remove all of my personal information from their computer system because I do not trust them whatsoever. They’ll never get another dollar from me again. Just go to Walgreens or CVS, where there’s actually some accountability for the behavior and professionalism of the staff members - not just small town noseys."

"Would give zero stars of i could. In pain after surgery, destroyed my prescription instead of giving it back after my girlfriend drove all the way to herrin in back for it. Destroyed instead of giving back. No concern for my pain or anthing im going through. Worst customer service. Do not reccomend them. No compassion or consideration. Day after surgery for my shoulder. Horrible service treated us like we did something wrong."
