Condo On the Cove

"It is the basement of someone's full-time home. She is friendly and her location is great. If you don't mind knowing the owner and her family are there, you will like it. Place needs a little TLC for the price."

"Lovely place. Slept incredibly well. Perfect location with dock access to the lake. The app we used didn't specify that the rented space is in the walk out basement and the upstairs is the family's home. But the neighbors helped us out. Small changes to get 5 stars would be: needs better shower head that provides better water pressure, needs better specification on where the rented space is, living room remote mostly unresponsive when changing channels on the couch, needs a whisk and a ladal spoon for the kitchen, stone path down to the water was too much of a tripping hazard so we walked on the grass. Everything else was perfect. And the decorations were fun and themed. Especially loved the catapult. Bedroom tvs worked perfectly."

"This is our first stay here but it was absolutely worth it. The cabin is in very good shape and has plenty of room. There were eight of us and even though the kids slept on the couches, everyone was comfortable. Big thanks to Kimberly. Oh, when you see a black Lab his name is Nimbus and he's a good boy. Give him a scratch or two."
