"I was a customer for over a year until my policy got messed up and went from $78 to $240 because an employee named Chelsea didn’t know what she was doing. i was told not to pay my bill multiple times bc my bill was messed up and i was promised my coverage wouldn’t lapse. My coverage ended up lapsing. i had to pay an absurd amount of money because Chelsea couldn’t figure out how to fix my problem. I then get into an accident and the other person was at fault and Chelsea lied to the insurance agent claiming i didn’t have a coverage and it wasn’t her fault when i have phone call recordings of her admitting to being at fault. i do not recommend working with this agency. it’s a nightmare. it’s a mess. it’s not worth the headache. i switched to another state farm agent."
