"I'm not from Kentucky, so I can't say anything about the day shift. But my Jeep broke down at about 5 pm, and me and my husband had to stay here till 11pm so someone could come get us. The staff was NOTHING but nice to us. Completely welcomed in strangers as practically family. I don't know what their names were, but this man and woman made my whole day better by their kindness. They made us feel SO welcomed. The world needs more people like these two, also he made one heck of a pizza. If either of you guys read this, thank you so, so very much for your hospitality!"

"I gave this place 5 stars because when I pulled off the highway on I-24 I had been driving for several hours and had no money for a motel... I basically needed a little cat nap.... Which I proceeded to do in their parking lot... Some of the employees came out on their breaks and not once said anything to me nor did they call the police on me... They did what we all wish every other American would do these days, they minded their own business... After about an hour cat nap, I felt decently refreshed and went inside to use the facilities and I bought some of their hot food items... I tell you what, NEVER in a million years would I have thought that I would eat the best BBQ rib sandwich from a gas station... But I did, and next time on my route, I will purposely stop here for gas and nice hot rib sandwich!! :) :D"

"This used to be a Cheers and it was great. When minute mart took over the business they began loosely staffing and their foodservice tanked. The roller grills are hardly ever stocked, the pizza is always burnt, the burgers are either soaking wet or rock hard. Almost always the shelves are empty, they have an 8 foot hostess rack that has about 7 feet of empty shelf. I do not recommend visiting this location, as it is poorly ran and highly under managed."
