"They sold me a lemon, and will not refund me, or trade for an ATV of equal value. My daughter has only put roughly 6 hours on it. We've only had it for 20 days. A couple days after purchase, it started having mechanical problems. They fixed it under warranty. Approximately a week and a half later, more mechanical issues. When i brought it back the second time, the owner did everything he could to try to make it my fault. From accusing me of running it with the choke on, or putting the wrong gas in it. He tried to say that it wasnt the ATV i purchased from them. He also tried to say the warranty was expired even though it was only day 20 of the 30 day warranty. I want to also piont out that i have two older polaris ATVs, and have Zero issues, so im well aware of how to properly operate and maintain them. He finally, begrudgingly allowed the shop mecanic to replace the Carborator for a second time, but only after i started discussing Legal remedies. The owner is very rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase their junk."
