"The claim adjuster was rude and unprofessional. If you live in Oldham county Ky don’t use KYFB for insurance. They work to deny your claim do everything possible to get out of paying. KYFB in general is a terrible insurance company and may offer you lower premiums, but they hide the fine print and do not disclose important information that will hurt you come claim time. I had an under aged driver that stole his parents car and hit me. KYFB said they would go to court to recover my deductible of $500 from the other insurance company. That was 12 years ago! I would recommend any other insurance company other than KYFB, they don’t care about Kentuckians at all."
