CVS Pharmacy

"As you can see from the latest comments this CVS Drug Store inside of Target has been spinning out of control for about a year now. I have been a loyal customer of this Drug Store from way before CVS took over. As of yesterday I am DONE with this location! The Pharmacist is the WORSED I have ever seen! She has a huge Communication Problem and I really don’t see how she even got through School to be a Certified Pharmacist?? Target Wake up! She is loosing you your costumer base right from under your nose!! Moving to another Pharmacy I’m done with her!"

"Used to love coming to this CVS. Always had quick, easy, and friendly service. Lately, they have been closed and do not notify the customers through an automated text/call or on the hours posted online. It is always when it seems to be convenient for me to make a trip or on a day like this when I am sick that they are closed and they aren't the only CVS that is like this. I understand the staff is short handed and every work environment has problems but as a courtesy I feel customers should be more informed and aware of why this issue is happening so often because I personally can no longer rely on a service that I have used for years."

"Absolutely hands down the most terrible service when calling and trying to transfer a prescription from another CVS pharmacy to theirs. I gave them the prescription number and the pharmacy tech couldn't locate it and then just asked me to call the original pharmacy and have it transferred. You know, this is in a Target store and I doubt there was any line but the girl tried not to help at all. I guess that is why I've never gone there before and I'll keep my medication coming from the original CVS on Limekiln Lane. The CVS pharmacy tech was rude, short, and just plain condescending. Hey CVS at Target Mall Road (Bashford Manor), RETRAIN the whole staff. They are NOT HELPFUL WHATSOEVER."

"I started coming here bc the CVS’s with drive thrus seem to be drive thru only and the lines are very, very long. First time, My child’s antibiotic was NOT reconstituted. Thankfully there are directions on the package, but really those are for the pharmacist who is supposed to mix it. Second time , my child was scheduled for surgery at the last minute for 6am Monday. The surgical center requires bringing meds to surgery. Prescription was filled Friday, but I couldn’t get there until 4:45. It was closed!!! Hours say open until 7. No note. No idea if they’ll be open Saturday or what time. After I get this script, I am done with CVS. Hope I can get my baby’s meds filled before 6am Monday."

"CVS inside of TARGET. When the pharmacy is open, its great! But today is Sunday, they were supposed to open at noon. Drove over to check on medicine I had to have for an illness. They were closed. Again. As they seem to be more and more on weekends. To the credit of the Target staff, they tried to find out what was happening but apparently there is little to NO warnings or communication from CVS to Target. Get it together CVS."
