"Was in store good service. We're given the option if wait 2 weeks for delivery for brand new items or deliver quicker with floor items.. of course no rush in September so picked two weeks.. received a scratched fire pit, took pictures delivery guy said would let sales know and would get a call from sales man either way to follow up. No call next day till about almost 6pm I decided to call.. lady who answered phone was a little rude, said how can I help you I told her what was going on and never once apologized because was not aware of the situation blaming the delivery people for not letting them know. Said well what is your name you can tell me what happen all you want I don't know who I'm talking to. Before the call was done.. she said okay this is an easy fix will deliver one in two days. Again no professionalism not nice. Will I buy expensive furniture again, probably. Will I refer any one. Maybe not to this store. Buy floor items? We didn't buy floor items and if we did we were not aware as. The question was " do you want to wait two weeks to get your items new out of box or do you want floor items " we said new"

"We purchased our patio furniture over 15 years ago from Yard Art and all pieces are still in great condition. High quality and solid build. We had a few maintenance items to address with the wheels on the chaise. The warranty department was extremely helpful, with quick response and parts in stock. Great experience!"

"We attempted to spend our money in Colleyville and locally and ended up very dissatisfied. We dropped several thousand dollars on special order patio furniture. Once they had our money, everything was on their terms. 6 weeks turned into 6 months. No discount. Not even accepting responsibility. There are plenty of business that care about your satisfaction. This isn’t one of them. I strongly recommend you shop elsewhere."

Delivery from Izzy was right on time and he had it set up very quickly! All of the staff were very friendly and personable.
