"Went to store Monday and found a mattress that was on sale until Wednesday. Came home, discussed w husband and called to purchase by phone on Tuesday. Mattress is no longer on sale. “Must have been pulled early.”"

"Sales guy was helpful. Price was decent. We were told that delivery and setup and haul away of the old components was $100. We paid that. But then the delivery guys wouldn’t take the parts that were taken off of my bed. So I still have to make a trip to the dump. If I had been told that door delivery was free, I’d have done that. I feel a little bit tricked about the $100 delivery/setup. Your delivery guys harmed any good will you’ve created in the store."
