"Lived here for 3 miserable years. No soundproofing whatsoever. I could hear the residents upstairs when they urinated. Sounded like they were in my bathroom. Could hear their TV. Could hear them clanging pots in the sink. Could hear it when they sat a cup on their kitchen counter. The water line going to the upstairs apartment ran next to my water heater. Everytime they turned on the water I would hear the water loudly flow through the pipe. Oh, you'll be listening to ambulances making runs to Baptist East hospital on a regular basis too. Hope you get the picture. If you don't mind paying a premium price for rent and the things above, you may like living at Breckenridge Ridge Park. The 4 and 5 and five star reviewers must be getting a discount on their rent."
