"Management is rude and maintenance is unresponsive. Takes months to get minor projects done. Front office has an attitude. Newest bit is not telling people how much they owe for electricity and getting their lights shut off for non payment. Cars constantly driving FAST through the parking lot at odd hours."
"They need to get the roaches and other bugs under control and now having problems with mold it might be better if they tear down the apartments because they’re becoming a health issue!!!!"
"By far the worst place I’ve ever lived. They took out at least my and my neighbors bathroom ceiling to “fix” our hvac system about 6-8 months ago. There’s several holes in the wall now that look straight into my neighbors bathroom. Holes big enough to put my fist through. My apartment door was never even installed correctly in the first place. Ever since I’ve moved in the only thing holding my door shut is the dead bolt. Their most recent scam was replacing the parking lots. Never gave notice that it was happening in the first place so I go out one day and see that they’re doing it so I call the office to see where and when they’re working in case I need to move my car. The lady was nice and basically said “it’s hard to explain. If you come in I’ll give you the map” thirty minutes later I TRY to go grocery shopping. My car was gone. I called the same lady I talked to thirty minutes prior and that KNEW I was not informed of it told me it was towed and I was on the hook for the bill. No exceptions. I asked where my car was just so I can try to figure out what was going on and she literally argued with me for five minutes refusing to tell me where my car was until I gave her a payment method because “it shouldn’t matter where it is until you pay for it” these are only the most recent shenanigans. They have some guy spray something for bugs every six months or so but there’s still quite a few roaches so don’t worry. I did talk to a few neighbors on the third floor though and it seems like the roach problem isn’t anywhere near as bad for them so if you do decide to move in, just ask for a third floor apartment. The place floods a lot too. Worst one I’ve seen here the water was just over all of the mid sized sedans’ windows. It’s usually not too bad though. Floods are honestly the least of your problems with that place. Other than the Kunty Karen that stole my car, the staff is very friendly though so there’s that. Plenty more not so great stuff about the place but this is already too long. I wasn’t able to give 0 out of 5 stars though so I’m sorry if the one star caused any confusion. Update: still a huge hole in bathroom wall connecting the neighbor’s apartment. Only a few girls live there but I saw some maintenance/bug spray guy or someone looking through it at one point when I walked in my apartment. Also, how is the roach problem still so bad in the winter? Update 2: 2/11/24. Whole bathroom ceiling is still gone. Obviously the huge holes are still there. I covered them up a bit but I don’t want to disturb the neighbors either or have something fall into their bathroom so it’s not perfect. They still have the ceilings tiles sitting in my hallway. The new hvac system they put in when they ruined my ceiling is already shaking horribly and squeaking nonstop when it runs. (If I had to guess it’d be a little over a year now. Originally made this review when it was left like that for I’d say maybe eight months already at that point.) on the plus side, I haven’t seen any roaches for the past week or so. Possible bed bug droppings have started to appear on my shower curtain but I pray to God I’m wrong about that."
"I have lived here for almost 7 years and this is the third apartment I have been in. Over the last few years things have gotten worse but recently this place has really gone down hill. Every week or more either the water is out or they are doing major construction affects your day-to-day life. Maintenance tries to do what they can, but are given very few resources to work with. The price of the apartment keeps going up, yet nothing has been improved. There are still roaches, flooding issues, HVAC issues, and poorly maintained buildings. Recently, I have even stopped getting my rent/heating statements so I have no idea how much to pay them."
"I was trying to move out after a month or two because of the roaches. They said they have people spray monthly but they've only been in my apartment twice in seven mnths. They're wasting money on fixing steps instead of the roach problem. I haven't had a problem with the office staff or maintenance. I love the area because it's off in the back not a lot of traffic and it's quiet. I would give it more stars if it wasn't infested with roaches."
