"I’ve lived in the “The Woods of Bridgewood” since 2009 and although I am a person who normally doesn’t complain I’ve reached the upmost level of disappointment. As of today my unit has been without air for 7 days. Although I was told “Air is a luxury we don’t have to provide it” I asked that the manager contact me first thing in the morning. As of 1:00 pm I have yet to hear from her. I called a little while ago and Elizabeth had relayed the message to the office manager. The “air guy” is supposedly on his way after he finishes what he’s currently doing. So much for first thing. The lever of frustration I’ve reached is indescribable. I feel like I’m getting the run around. There’s no one I can call above the office manager because I don’t know who really owns the property. At one point “Mulloy Properties” owned it however when you call they act as if they no longer own it. I feel like this is battle I’m probably not going to win. I feel like I’m being treated unfairly. I feel like I am being treated like I don’t matter. The incompetence of said “air man” shouldn’t be my issue. Someone should call and at least attempt to care or offer some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. I shouldn’t be the one making all the phone calls. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt like this since I’ve lived here. The property has completely gone downhill since Erica who was my original property manager left. Although it may be market rate the property is completely overpriced. Nothing ever gets fixed. There’s always trash everywhere. You can never find a place to park. To add insult to injury they recently started charging for water and sewage. It’s absolutely absurd. I assume the “group of investors” or the company who owns the property got tired of paying for water. They seem to be more concerned with making money and they are with making sure their tenants are cared for. Living here is a nightmare. If it weren’t for school district issues and the central location I would have moved a long time ago. DO NOT CONSIDER MOVING HERE. IT’S NOT WORTH IT. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS."
"I don't live here but my significant other does and I come here more than often . The apartment is spacious ...However the kids and people running around here don't care about others . The kids are up at late hours of the night and throwing trash on the ground and leaving it there. They do not have a rent drop off box for people who work during business hours and don't have the time to go drop it off . This place isn't the worst ive seen but isn't the best either by far."
