He made sure mom understood how to work chair. Warranty on chair is fantastic. The chair was delivered, set up and configured that day. She was having pain in legs, hips, knees and lower back. She was having hard time getting in and out of other chairs. Since purchasing this chair through Apothecare her pains are gone and she is able to get up a lot easier.
