Reviews of Aluvalife Rx
"I love this pharmacy. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and fast. However, this morning the younger male pharmacist that was working was super rude to me because he shorted my medication by 15 pills and I called him about the mistake. I just read the other review where someone else had a similar experience. It's a shame that a wonderful place like that has someone who is making their business very bad reviews. [[Edited to respond to the response of the pharmacy which appears below.]] You are thinking about the FIRST time you shorted my medication. And I believe your memory is inaccurate. I called to let the pharmacist know that I had been shorted and he said they would do an audit and call me back. Which he did. I assured him that I understood and we even laughed about it with him making the comment that he "just stopped counting after 90" because the count on my prescription is an odd number, which I agreed with. He said I could come by anytime to pick them up. Only then did I "show up" to pick up my missing medication. I did not come to pick up the medication before I was told that the mistake had been found nor did I rush the process. The review above was in regards to the second time I was shorted. Again, I called to let them know I had been shorted. Again I waited for a response. The response I received was much like your response below. It was my fault. And I was NEVER rude with ANYONE at that pharmacy. EVER. Yet somehow I was responsible for your mistake which occurred before any action by me was taken. I was told that I was there "5 minutes before" they opened which was at 9am, yet I didn't leave my residence until 3 minutes till 9. He said that "all the phone calls and people in the drive through" somehow were a factor but there was only one other vehicle in the drive-through besides myself. I'm not sure how many phone calls came in while I was waiting. And all this time I'm saying that I understand that people make mistakes. Was not rude at all. I just listened to his tirade with absolute shock. It's sad that you're accusing me of being rude. I was never rude. I said that I understood. I was never rude or impatient with anyone there. Ever."
"The man working there is absolutely the rudest person I've ever met. He plainly wouldn't fill and ship my meds made me go without them because he said I didn't seem appreciative I'm locked into that pharmacy and pay for my shipping he said he didn't have a license to ship to my state thats a crock he billed my insurance filled all 3 and my debit card to ship them 3 times prior he was offended that I called and ask for the 3 they forgot. I spoke to my Insurence company about it they couldn't believe it.. I've always been as kind as could be to them unbelievable they would allow a patient of the last 5 years to go without important meds I'm not suppose to go without.. Very sad just because they were offended I called and ask for the 3 they had forgotten how dare I .. guess I'll see if they have a change of heart im really surprised before this instance I'd never had a problem never once had I not paid for my shipping he said they ate the 16$ it cost to ship my meds when I ask why because I'd given them my card information his answer was he didn't know?? All 3 of the forgotten scripts were called in by my Dr and discussed before shipping. My insurance company assured me that 2 of the 3 scripts had showed filled and billed and paid for surely if they aren't sent to me they will be refunded. I spoke to a different pharmacy to ask about a license to ship them they said with my type of meds his license should cover him . Very very unprofessional and furthermore to not care for a patient of the last 5 years anymore then this is disgusting to be a pharmacy and simply refuse a patient their meds because I seemed to not appreciate them . His only explanation. SAD!"
"Been going to this pharmacy about 4 years now. They are super fast and friendly the main pharmacist that has been there for years is wonderful he goes out of his way to help me and make sure I get my medicine. Although while trying to go pick up a prescription today that I had called in last Thursday, the guy working was super rude and hateful. He told me I never called in my medicine tried to argue with me about it and then told me I could go get my medicine filled somewhere else. I really hope this was a one time occurrence and that guy gets his attitude together because I have quit a few medications that I have to take daily and I cannot do without."
"Phenomenal staff and support. Super friendly, answers any questions you might have with your scripts, and has scripts ready super quickly. The only place I fill my scripts."
"The quickest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I lived in two states and been to several pharmacies and I’ve been using them for about a year now. Every month I go to the doctor and I leave the doctor and got a short drive to them and I get there and my prescription is already ready. They are also friendly. They welcomed me with a smile they have a drive-through or you can walk in if you prefer. If you are looking for a pharmacy that always has your medication in stock on the day that you need it and you want fast friendly service they are the right pharmacy. I hope they open up other locations. They also do compound drugs, which some pharmacies don’t do."
