Kroger Pharmacy

"Awful pharmacy place. Bad customer service. They seriously could care less about your medications. Asked them a question about a medication I couldn't find on the shelf and their answer was 'tough luck' as they really didn't care. The pharmacy tech didn't even try to help me find an alternative or better yet tried to see if other stores might carry it. I literally had to guess to see which place might have it so down the street to Walgreens I went to find the medication I was looking for with no help from them."

"Kroeger Pharmacy on new cut rd. I'm new there and I gave them a 5 star. Why? Because so far everybody is nice and polite. Never been there. My son picks up my meds. In my opinion no matter where you go it's always the same. So far I don't have nothing bad to say about this Pharmacy. And I hope it stays like that. I don't wait long for someone to answer the phone. They always txt me when my meds are ready and the pickup time. I wanna thank the pharmacist and the staff for being such kind people. May god bless them all."

"Lori is hands down the rudest pharmacy tech I have ever worked with. She has messed up my prescriptions for insulin and insulin pumps on multiple occasions and when I try to get them corrected, she is hateful and will never admit fault. Even my doctor doesn’t understand why this pharmacy can’t get it together. Don’t trust them with your prescriptions if you need them to survive, that was a huge mistake on my part. Their continuous negligence and lack of compassion for their patients is ridiculous. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to the fact that 9/10 times they mess up my insulin prescriptions - I tried to understand when they were short staffed but at this point it’s just the way they operate."

"Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. We had been coming here for YEARS. It's definitely gone downhill bad. The older lady that works the window needs a smile, she's super rude. They are so understaffed its unreal. You have to wait in line for over an hour because half the time the drive thru is closed. Cherry the amazing guy that works there and Leslie are the only two helpful workers. Ask for them! As for me and my family we transfered to Poplar Level Kroger. Best decision ive ever made. We love it sooooo much. Go there!"

"Not going to say it's the worst pharmacy in town since I haven't been to them all but definitely not a great pharmacy. Don't answer the phone, drive though is never open, wouldn't even give me a time when my prescription would be ready today since they're understaffed. Said to just come down there and they would fill it after I get there. Like most people, I'd rather be doing something productive than standing around waiting for them to fill my prescription and then just pick it up when it's ready. If I'm at the window waiting on them to fill the prescription, it causes everyone else to have to wait longer."
